Following a lifetime spent in teaching, I'm now enjoying the luxury of having time to indulge in a wonderful hobby. I also now have time to visit my son, his wife and baby in US. Time too, for seeing my other son frequently. Keith, my husband is often drystone walling and climbing...so a girl's got to find something to do. Blogging!

Wish I knew how to make my blog more interesting with links and a personalised pictures and things. I look at other blogs and the layout on many are SO MUCH prettier than mine! I'll get back to some free motion quilting - that'll cheer me up!

Di , I think your blog is great and I enjoy reading your posts.
It is difficult sometimes - I find myself getting quite a bit of help from my 13 year old daughter!!!
